Most dates require a 2-night minimum. Holiday weekends, peak summer weeks, fall foliage season (October), and Christmas/New Year typically require 3 to 4 nights. Check the live availability calendar for date-specific requirements.

Yes. After booking, you'll receive a Rental Agreement covering house rules and stay policies. It must be reviewed and signed within 48 hours of booking (or within 4 hours if booking close to check-in). Arrival details are released once it's completed.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated when available.

Guests receive detailed check-in instructions 1–2 days prior to arrival, including access information and everything needed for a smooth arrival experience.

A refundable $500 damage protection authorization hold is required prior to check-in and will be automatically released after checkout provided no damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, smoking violations, or significant house rule violations are identified. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property.

Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The cabin is situated in a natural setting — please be respectful of neighboring properties and the surrounding environment during evening hours.

Before departure, guests are asked to place used towels in the designated area, dispose of trash properly, and ensure the property is left in good condition. Full departure instructions are shared prior to check-out.
